Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have had problems with this apartment the entire time I've lived here. First, you have to pay $42/month to heat &/or cool your apartment. I live on the 4th floor and never had to use my heat. Then, in June, when they finally turned the air on, it hardly worked. I complained several times and now, since it's 95 degrees outside, my air is still not working. Maintenance has taken weeks to fulfill my requests. I will be moving out soon and cannot wait.
