Terrible

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I lived here for a year and maintenance was terrible. The sink fell out of our wall 3 times and they took over a month each time to fix it. Our garbabe disposal needed fixed 2-3 times and it ended up flooding our dining room, which they proceeded to try and charge us for. Unreal.
