lived here for over 1 1/2 year at first ok then they wanted to turn town houses into condo's and sell them. all maintainance worker went towards conversion, complaints took weeks to fix. many renters have large dogs with dog poop everywhere, my a/c went out in summer ont 2 months' glad i went to my parents for summer, security doors alway left open by tenants, tenants above me moved out left water running leaking into my apartment took over a week to get it fixed, rent way over what you get, was good when i 1st moved in but got worse with town house conversion do your self a favor dont move here.

I notice that you live here in 2007, I am a current resident at Arlington Pointe, I am sorry to hear that your stay wasn't good but I just moved in a few months back and every issue I have had has been completed promptly. I would suggest you check the place out now, verses reading a post from someone who hasn't live here in a while. The staff is sweet I Love it here, the fitness center is great, close to OSU and in a safe area!
