I have lived in these apartments for six months and have had nothing but trouble!
Within the first week my washer's legs broke. The washer was very old and had mold growing inside of the bleach hole. I thought I had looked everyone upon inspection but didn't think about looking there. Then the fixed the leg, but not really the washer. Everytime I ran the washer it would walk across my laundry room floor. I called almost every two weeks for them to come back and fix the leg b/c it kept breaking. I asked over and over for a new one. They waited to get me one until the motor burnt out. All of my clothes were ruined b/c of the smell and the inside spinner destroyed most.
Second I had a large leak go across my ceiling and my floor boards from my fire place. It took them two months to fix the leak.
Now I have found TWO, not one, but TWO roaches. They are not from me!!!!!! I can't not get my land lord to call me back, answer her phone or her door. I am staying at a hotel b/c I am too creeped out to stay there.
This is my second landlord since I have moved in. The first never answered her phone when the leak happend and now the roaches. If she doesn't answer on Monday, I am giving her the breach of contract note and putting my rent into escrow. I beg all of you. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
