Was aresonable rate when gas was being included in the rent, but now the rent isn't worthe it because you have to pay the gas also. It's not worthe it anymore...

Unfortunately, due to the economic situation at that time, gas bill were required to be paid by the residents to ensure that other amenities could be run. It was determined by the management that residents should be responsible for their own gas bills. This was when the RUBS system was introduced. It is used the divide the gas bill between the apartments based on square footage. The RUBS system encourages responsible gas use by all residents. As can be seen in the apartment industry, requiring residents to pay their own utilities is a growing trend.
