We have lived here for about 1 year and all I have to say is....I'm glad we're moving. This seems like a good area for children and teens. They do have an outdoor pool here and they just built a new playground in the back of the complex. However, there are many cars that get broken into and a lot of the neighbors like to play their music REALLY loud with their apartment door open. You can hear the music from your bedrooms until 3:30 in the morning. It didn't use to be this way. However, things seem to be going down hill. The price of rent is going up with in a month or so also. Best bet, you'd be better off moving to south central.

While this review was written several years ago, we feel that it is essential to provide some kind of information updating you on this information. With the community now being owned by JVM Realty, we have been taking many precautions to end the activity you mentioned. We are as strict as possible with our noise violations, only giving the resident or guest one opportunity to turn down the source of the disturbance. It is also encouraged to contact the authorities if noise is excessive. A police report will greatly assist in our ability to remove the cause of the noise. We have also instituted a courtesy officer program allowing2 uniformed Columbus police officers to monitor the property up to 32 hours each week. I hope this helps bring closure to the issues you had at Autumn Springs.
