I have lived in Autumn Springs for nearly two years now. When i first moved in, it was alright. The grounds stayed pretty clean and even the pond sprinkler worked but now its a totally different story. They changed management about three times in the course of the year and half we were here. There are a LOT of illegals living here that, usually only on the weekends, blair their music. Beer bottles being broken is getting severely out of hand. There is hardly ever any parking spots even though they just implemented a parking permit program, but they never come in and tow. I had my tires slashed, along with about six other cars, and the complex said they didn't care. Maintenance never comes out unless you go up to the office about 5 times and continually call. There is a lot that needs fixed in the apartments such as the bath surround being messed up and leaking water (not that i care because its not my problem if leaks on the people downstairs). Walls are paper thin and neighbors are jerks.

Truthfully they are nice sized apartments but i can't wait to leave now. The office staff, besides joe, are very rude and even contridict you on things you know to be true! Rent gets raised OUTRAGEOUSLY if you do not resign a one year lease, so watch out for that.
All in all, the place is nice if you don't care about loud illegals, jerks for office staff and neighbors, and getting your car broken into all the time if you live in the back. No bugs to date though, thats a perk.
Good luck dealing with them is all i can say.

I completely agree with that person. We've lived here almost 4 years and it was really nice in the beginning but now is a different story. Our apartment stays fixed because my husband works for a company that furnishes apartments and condos with all necessary equipment. Otherwise we would be up a creek without a paddle. We've had a good experience with the rental office, I think that's mainly due to my husband being a big black man and he always looks mean. The neighbors above us suck. The past 3 tenants all seem to think they need to stomp around and blast music. Our van was stolen when we first moved here. I think it was the ---------. They may have needed good transportation because Jesus's car was broken down. The westside of Columbus has gone down hill and I feel some of the illegals are to blame. If you don't mind all that then you're cool.

With the intention of being helpful or informative, people tend to come off as ignorant and stupid. Look at how you sound u sound racist and ignorant. It's not only about where u live but how u live. The westside has always been how it is now. Aint nothing changed from back then a few years ago to now. It's went downhill and now it's slowly but surely being built back up. If you don't like it, then dont reside there. There's crime everywhere you could live out in polaris and still get ur car broken into. Hell, there's criminals in reynoldsburg and thats one of the prissyist places in ohio!!! And "illegals" are you serious?? Just cause they're hispanic that makes them illegals!! you're racist and ignorant for sure. Downtalk people just for trying to give themselves and their families a better life. If it's as bad as you say then leave. I know a few people that live out there and they don't describe it as bad as you do. And i've been out there a few times and it's nowhere as you make it sound. Sure, --------- live out there they're everywhere just like white people, ------, and other minorities. So the hell what. When you find a place to live, keep in mind that CRIME IS EVERYWHERE. That's the risk everybody has to take in life. But next time, in your quest to be informative and/or helpful, try not to sound so ignorant and racist in the process b/c then your opinion will be brushed off and your purpose will have been defeated.
