I've lived at Autumn Springs for about 2 yrs. When I first moved in I was worried about my neighboors and about how my apartment was going to look. Well neighboors are very friendly and keep their breezeway very clean, they love to have cook out and im always invited. As far as the apartment I am in a 2 BR and is very specious with a FULL SIZE Washer and Dryer in the apartment. Office Staff is GREAT and FRIENDLY, they are always smiling and greating you when you call or go to the office. A great thing about this apartment complex is that they have a 24 hrs Emergency Meintenance that comes and fixes your problems at night. I've notice they have a new Property Manager and she is doing a great job, I have seen a really good change at the property. They are working on the pool and they have told me that they are going to open it by the beginning of July, is not that bad because i will still have about 2 1/2 months to swimm. After all this is a great place to live at will recomend to everyone. Location is perfect we just got a new store across the street. Great Landscaping, Grounds are ALWAYS looking NICE, and love the fishing pond!!

I'd like to know what planet you're from because this place is hell on Earth. I mean we have police presence every freaking day and night. Hell we just had a swarm of police this evening June 6, 2009 going to the back of the complex. I've been here 5 years way too long. Wait a few weeks and when your car gets broken into or even stolen then let me know. Hell when you finally get to swim and someone pisses in the pool or there's a fight then tell me how wonderful this place is. The office staff will rent to anyone who pays. They could care less if you complain about neighbors. This place is the lowest of low and the next Sullivant Gardens. This place welcomes welfare and ghetto.

too bad that's someone who obviously works at the apartment complex or the paid to say that, if you can't already tell, i hope noone falls for that

i lived there 3 yrs ago it was heaven compared to my current home at wingate villages ANYONE THINKING OF MOVING HERE PLEASE DONT ITS HELL
