Well, I am not sure where to start due to the fact that I have a long list of complaints. I too like many of the others was blind sighted by the beauty of the property, and the low cost for rent. However, the phrase you get what you pay for is TRUE! The rent is low for a nice size apartment with a slue of problems. The tile throughout my one bedroom does not match at all, and was rolling up...which Looked DISGUSTING! The full W/D that was mentioned in a previous review is in the closet, so there is limited closet space, so don't be fooled. Next the illegals that are being mentioned are -------- or the huge latino population that lives here. The music is blaring some kind of polka latino music and it is so annoying. I have a domestic violence situation in one of the apartments near by, which is distrubing as well. The pool has been down for over a year, and does not look like it will be ready anytime soon. The WORST part of my time here is the ROACHES that I have had for over TWO MONTHS, and they continue to ignore the serverity of my issue.

PROS:
-My car has not been broken into
-Maintenence is quick to reply when they feel as though they are going to lose a resident but they are NICE :-)
-The office staff is nice, however the New Manger is rude and can HARDLY control her anger, and must think that we the residents are ignorant, because she talks down to us, as though she is better than us...and YOUR NOT so calm down and be respectful as we try to be to you! However, if she see something good in you, she will alter her mood, however as a professional you should be cordial at all times.
-You can paint the walls
- You're close to Hilliard where I go often to escape

In conclusion my stay here has been a nightmare, and I regret my staying here. The complex is ghetto! I did learn some valuable lessons, do not back down when you are being mistreated, do not settle for low rent, PLEASE RESEARCH YOUR APARTMENT and RATINGS as well, and visit on more than one occassion before signing your lease! I've lived at this place for 5 years too long. I've had to deal with the office staff a few times and they were never rude to me. I've complained about my upstairs neighbors about 10 times and they're still here. I'm moving in August and the staff here refused to give my rental history to the new complex. No worries though because i'm getting the hell outta here. This place sucks and soon it'll be called Sullivant Gardens part 2.

Sounds even worst than when I lived there and it wasn't no prize. I will say I didn't have any roaches thank god.
