I have been here since January and the winter and coldness doesn't show when there is trouble, but when the weather breaks it's a new day. Where ever you are in this city whether it be the Miller-Kelton area or New Albany there will always be crime, drugs, and people who stir things up. This property is a work in progress and if you look around you can see that. I have had good and bad experiences here, maintenance issues, water issues and at times a critter or two but if I owned a home, which I don't, the same situations would come up! So....Just because Autumn Springs is affordable for those who live here does not mean it is ghetto...This is a family community and the bad apples are now off the tree and leaving one by one. Well this is definatly not one of the staff members this time, so dont talk about stuff you dont know for sure! I have been living here for a year and yeah it was rough at first but we weren't expecting the greatest because we got an awsome deal. First of all when we moved in there was partying all the time, people breaking into cars,gunshots every weekend, trash everywhere, and we had a family of 10 living above us. Now since the new lady ----- has taking over Not one gunshot(no lie)less vandilizm, alot less trash,and now (thankgod) a family of three above us. So I dont think its all the staffs responsibilty to deal with everything that goes on here! We are a community and need to work together. Dont be afraid to step up and say something to anyone your not happy with (I DO)and try to help anyway you can so we can keep this place on the right track!
