I would be moving out today if it weren't a $2,000 fee to break my lease.

I came in about three years ago under the old managment. They were amazing. This new mangement sucks. The people in the office are FREAKING rude. There are constantly new people working there who call me "hon". Ridiculous! Maintenance is a joke. It takes forever to get problems addressed.

The quality of tenants has decreased greatly. It used to be young professionals and lots of sweet, Indian families. Now it is a lot of white trash. I'm sick of it.

AND, my rent went up this year again so I'm paying almost $700 a month for a one bedroom. Highway robbery!

Another added bonus to this year is that we now have to pay water. I have a $25-$40 bill everymonth which includes paying for "common electric". That means money towards keeping the outside lights on. ABSURD!!!!

I even called the Connor group to complain about things and all they did was call the manager and tell her I'd called. Not helpful.

DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel what you're going through, I live there as well and as soon as my fiance' starts working full time we'll be moving out as well. I'll gladly pay more rent per month because I know I'll save on heating costs (drafty windows) and on the water/common electric bill that keeps rising every month.

I live in these apartments I did not see worst than this management in my life beware don't rent with them even they say to you free rent for one year because if you are not comfortable in your living that it will destroy your job and it can cost you losing your job forever

I lived there for two years and experienced both managements - the new managers are completely and utterly useless. The Connor Group has successfully turned this place into a dump. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Take this advice.
