Ive lived here for 2 years and have had no problems with the community. I read the previous review about the break ins and i do not agree that this community is unsafe. I take walks regularly at night and feel completely safe. The only time i have ever heard of any break ins is when i heard from a neighbor that the whole dublin area got hit within a week. It was obviously not just an issue at bent tree. And come on its DUBLIN-- how much safer can you get. Of course my rent has been raised (no i do not enjoy seeing my rent go up) every year but I understand that its a business plus i see what my friends that live in other communities in dublin pay and i'm getting a better deal by staying.. and its never been unaffordable. and again its DUBLIN what do people expect to pay'
