As the manager of Bolton Estates Apartments, I ve read each and every review left by current and previous residents here in the community. I d like to address some of the concerns and comments that were expressed in these reviews.
Some residents appear to be concerned with the kind of people that are moving into the community. With the practice of Fair Housing Law, each and every resident that moves in, is qualified the same exact way. We do thorough credit and criminal background checks on every prospect that applies. We cannot discriminate against someone due to their appearance or due to what type of vehicle they drive.
Safety and security also seems to be a big concern for residents. We do have a courtesy officer that patrols the lot two nights out of the week. The patrol is made on foot and also in an unmarked vehicle. I ll even accompany the officer on some evenings to keep an eye on the community and also so I know what goes on in the community after office hours. We encourage the residents to inform the office staff of any unusual or concerning activities that may be going on around their apartment. This information is passed along to the officer, and he ll be sure to keep an eye on that specific area during his patrol. With the effort that the staff is making and with the help of the residents, we can continue to make this community a great place to call home.
As for the noise issue. Some people aren t accustomed to living in an apartment community. Unfortunately some noise is going to occur. Of course, if the noise is excessive, we ask that the residents inform the office staff and the issue will be remedied immediately.
