Good specials are offered at times and can include $100 off each months rent and free pro-rating. The apartment is big and looked nice at move in. We have an inner 2 bedroom w/ fireplace. The apartments are around 10 years old and show their age in some areas like stairs and decks. All issues at move in were fixed promptly. Maintenence does not have a good reputation around here from other tenents. I have met a lot of nice people in the area and others are quite and keep to themselves.
The parking is tight sometimes - although I have never had a problem. There are enough for 2 cars per apartment but when someone has company they usually are taking someones spot. Additionally, people with townhomes regularly park in the spaces near the apartments.
There is a community dumpster which isn't great at first but I have gotten used to it.
The location is excellent with easy in and out.
Security - downside - these are very nice apartments and they attract attention. I have heard of people just walking into front doors, grabbing purses and then leaving, so LOCK DOORS. Never heard of a car being broken into. Random people drive though the complex at night and appear to be up to no good.
Bottom Line - We consider ourselves lucky to be getting such a good deal here and in such a great location. I recommend anyone looking for housing at least stop in and see what kind of prices are being offered.
