If there is anything you need it's across the street. The bus, groceries and entertainment. The price is a bit high but overall it seems more like a community than apartment living. The staff is always courteous and helpful in my experience, and the neighbors are also. The lifestyle is more of a late twenties,early thirties crowd so it's more subdued than a party atmosphere. This is really for a more mature crowd.
