From what I have read in some of these messages, it seems as though people are just not taking full responsibility for their actions. I moved into the Bradford in April of 05 and I have enjoyed my stay here. Things have been pretty quiet, I really like my apartment, and I have noticed that they are some of the best built apartments that I have lived in.

I heard about a couple of car breaks-ins last year, but what people need to understand is that those things happen anywhere and everywhere. Even in gated communities, even in New Albany/Dublin areas... break-ins will happen regardless of where you live, of course it sucks, but it can happen anywhere. It's not the managements fault, don't blame them because you left your laptop or louis vuitton bag on your front seat.

As for some of the people who have been complaining about their leases, etc... I would like to tell them to take some responsibility for their actions. YOU ARE GROWN UPS!!! READ YOUR FRIGGIN LEASE PEOPLE!!! I am a very thorough and organized person, so I pay attention to the details, however, it seems that a lot of people like to put the blame on others when they do not understand the terms of the lease. Hello people! Take responsibility, don't blame other people for your misunderstanding of what you signed. I am so over irresponsible people taking their frustrations and mistakes out on others. Please grow up and realize, this is not a perfect world, people make mistakes, just don't blame those mistakes on others. People really need to start taking responsibility for their actions...
