Under any circumstance should you ever rent at this complex or any AEC run company. For the past 6 weeks we have been dealing with a mold situation that went untreated. Now we are being threatened due to their negligence. A leak from an upstairs apartment caused $1700 in damages and we were told we would be reimbursed...only to then after giving the bill were told we would get $100 off our rent. I have the manager on tape saying to bring the bill for full reimbursement now she won't pay us. They are crooked, do not return calls and I have a laundry list of other complaints but to keep it simple for you all...NEVER rent from these people!!!!!!
