Ok if you have low expectations.

Positive: lots of storage in the apartment, private patio and storage shed.
Negative: Staff is continously rotating so no one ever knows what is going on. For example I called about a letter they left on my door saying my lease was to expire & explaining the options (month-to month, renewal, lease proctection plans, etc). Well, the staff tried to say the protection plans didn't exist and that the lease wasn't going to expire for a few months. Maintence is bad. You have to call multiple times. If you aren't an emergency you're moved to the bottom of the list. Ok, but I had to wait for over 1 month for the dryer vent (the one from the inside to the outside) to be cleaned, even though I called once a week. Also, had issues with the heating and cooling system, waiting about a week for it to be fixed each time (but only after I went into the office asking for a discount on my rent because there was no heat or air conditioning!) The pool was closed seemingly randomly in the summer. Kids do play in the street, but I've seen that in most apartment complexes with children. What I like the least is the gas bill. YOu share one gas bill with your whole buidling. Its divided by how many square feet you have!!! Seriously' Pray your neighbors like to dress in layers & keep the heat low! And you're not supposed to put plastic on the poorly insulated windows!!! I enjoy my space (hey its my home) but dread dealing with the office :(
