We moved in due to the area. Since we didn't want to keep moving until we get a house we have been here for 3 years. The first 1 1/2 were fine. When they messed up the carpet after cleaning it on a lease renewal, the office manager has been nothing but rude and patronizing. We have now had a leaking toilet and a leaking refrigerator for over a year. While they may come out, it never gets fixed. The carpet continues to snag and shred everytime we run the vacuum. The office manager insists it is pet damage from a yorkie, although she has never been here to look at it. Someone from the office took pictures but no one has ever actually came over to look at it. It does this under the couch too where there is no moving traffic on the carpet too. Since the repairs cost the resident so much after they vacate, we are trying to wait the so called 4 year time frame for carpet replacement so the staff will not charge us to replace the low grade carpet(even according to their carpet people it is cheap carpet). Also, we get ants every year when the fertilizer is but down around the bushes. And don't try to wash any smudges off the walls around the doorway or hallway. The paint comes off and drywall gets exposed and crumbles on the floor.
