The apartments look nice, but they are definitely not a value. I have been paying over $700 for a 1 BR, 1 Ba apartment, and I am questioning it's worth. I can hear my neighbors' front doors slam closed EVERY time the exit and enter their apartments. Sometimes it even wakes me. I can also hear their every footstep on the stairway outside. The walls are painted with some kind of matte finsih that makes a mark with the slightest touch and is impossible to clean. Parking is an issue at times, as I frequently have to park nowhere near my apartment when I get home from work at night and all of the spaces are filled. Don't let anybody tell you that crime isn't a problem, because I know some people have had their cars broken into at night.
They push the luxury of these apartments, and yes, they are nice, but they aren't worth it. I am moving to a much,much larger place that costs less and is also in a nice area.
