Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Within less than a year I had the following problems:
No air conditioning
Sparks flying out of outlets
Broken garbage disposal
Broken sliding balcony door locks
Swastika signs
Condoms left on my car
Large amounts of dog poop in the yard
Had to take my dog to the ER because the lawn was treated and no signs were put up
Light panel in kitchen fell on my head
Garbage bin is full because of non-lease holders using them
High water, gas, and electric bill
Threats
Loud children
Pool is always closed
Animals in the attic and leaving feces
Stand up shower always falling apart and causing leaks
And the list goes on....
DON'T MOVE HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I move out next month and can't wait!!!
