We have been here for about a year and half. The building we are in is quiet and safe. We haven't had to call maintenance, so can't comment there. The units are nothing special, and maybe a little smaller than average size. They do seem nicer than some of the others in this direct area though. In our unit it is total electric and on budget we pay $60 mo. All in all not bad for a 2 bedroom. No problems with neighbors, plenty of parking that is well lit. They have a pool, hot tub and work out center that we rarely use but seems cared for when we have used them. Office staff has always been nice and answers questions. If I were going to complain about anything, it would be that they seem slightly pricey for the square footage - but that could be justified by amenites (if you use them), and lack of problems with staff, neighbors, parking, maintenance, etc.

lived here several years ago... my phone wouldn't work because neighbors' cb radios jammed the line. no body could/would fix it. couldn't call out and if you could pick up the phone, the other person couldn't hear you. heard the neighbors radio all day, all night. no body would respond to complaint. management was useless. roudy/roud/nasty country neighbors. fights were normal. neighbors were aggressive. i was afraid for my security. the end of my lease, we started having problems with sexual attacks on women...men just coming right into the buildings, hiding, and grabbing women. the police came out, but it seemed they were on ones who cared. management didn't like it. guess they felt like it looked bad, but my safety and sanity was more important. moved out as soon as i could. i won't even drive near that side of town anymore. so happy i moved. was never more miserable than living there...
