i have lived here for two years and love it the people in the office are nice and it close to everything the people that are unhappy are probely so because they have been ask to leave

I have lived here this time since 2007. It's not about being asked to leave. The complex just doesn't feel safe anymore. They are allowing all kinds of riff-raff to move in now. It started shortly before the new management company took over, C & F. There is now gang writing popping up all over the place, general maintenance of the grounds, which used to be immaculate, is now lacking. They put a flat panel TV in the fitness center but have done nothing to update the outdated appliances and wallpaper in the units. Yes, the office staff are generally nice. However, we don't live in the office, and the office staff doesn't live here. We are the ones who have to live in the buildings with people who have been allowed to move in who lack basic hygienic practices like emptying their kitty litter regularly and not having the whole building funky because of it. Or littering, smoking, spitting in common areas inside and outside of the building. I do understand that management is not responsible for other people's behavior. However, I find it hard to believe that some of these people did not exhibit their bad characters in their previous rental histories and general pre-rental interview and screening. Just my thoughts.
