This apartment building is very nice and may seem hard to pass up when you first look at it. However, the landlord/management will quote you a price based on how much she thinks you can afford. Also, she will not be able to keep track of your money and maintenance. If you want something fixed, it will not get fixed! She is very rude via email and will make you wait months to get a small issue corrected. I would never live at this place unless it was free. They need someone else to run it besides this old woman!!!!!!!
