this apartmemt complex has both advantages and disadvantages. Things that could definately be improved are the bees get horrible in the spring/summer they are everywhere. The maintenance just have to be reminded like 10 times before they come and fix what is broken and with the duck poop and nasty fish smells it is hard to enjoy the lake. The things that I do like about this community is that people stay to theirselves and there is not alot of violence(we have had some dont get me wrong). The staff is usually very friendly and consistant and always willing to work with you. For the price of these apartments I say you get what you pay for. Its not the best in apperance(especially since the fires), but overall the place is so-so.
