I have lived her for a few months now and I think the new ownership is Awesome!! I have recieved nothing but love here. About a month or so after I moved in I was greeted by the welcome home comitee at my door with a nice gift to welcome me to the neighborhood and to just see how things were going. It seems like everytime I mention something to the office staff or maintenance staff they always seem to be on it. I was kind of shocked when I read one of the reviews about glass not being picked up because just the other day I mentioned a little glass in the parking area and one of the leasing staff actually met me in the parking area so that I could show her exactly where it was and to my surprise she had a broom and dust pan at hand so that she could personally take care of the problem. WOW! Now that's good service, I love that they are so personal, they always seem to know there residents by name and they make me feel valued as a resident. That's what I call Home! Thanks for making me feel welcomed Essington.

I bet the Essington Village Management put the good reviews on here, because service is terrible, and my neightbors agree!
