I have been living here since June of last year. I agree with other users comments about the Complex going downhill, since new management.
Not to say this reflects on the entire complex, but near where I live. We have a huge problem with residents not taking out their trash and letting it pile up..leaving ample opportunity for random animals and the wind to scatter it around.
There is graffiti on the dryers (residents writing complaints on the dryers with permanent marker)
Which I can understand because if someone was either throwing my wet clothes on the floor or stealing my underwear..I would want other people to know.
My biggest complaint is when people drive on the grass when the ground is soft, after it has rained..leaving huge unslightly tire marks and tearing up the ground.
Which only makes it extremely difficult to walk on without slipping or falling.
