This place has been a nightmare. We should have known something was wrong when they didn't know we were moving in when we showed up with our truck of furniture on the set move in date. The girl who signed us up wasn't working on our move in date and failed to tell her co-workers about us. The staff is pretty incompetent and the only way to get anything done is to get mad and demand to speak to the manager. Maintenance staff is nice but not great. We had a brand new A/C unit put in after 3 weeks of badgering last year only to have it installed wrong and have a brand new one installed AGAIN this year after about a month of badgering and the office sending the maintenance guys to the wrong address for a week.

The kicker is that this morning we found the SECOND mole in our bathtub. The first one last fall was loose in the apartment but this one had somehow gotten into the bathtub where it was confined. Not what you want to wake up to on a Saturday morning. We told the office last mole and they did nothing. Not worth complaining again since we're leaving in a month.

Don't waste your money here. They keep the grounds looking nice but I think it's just to trick people. They nickel and dime you anyway they can ($50 deposit for a key to the gym)and it's always a hassle to deal with the office. And ALWAYS get a receipt for rent as they've lost checks in the past.

Man I love this website. Thanks for saving me from another year in hell by moving to this community. A mole in the bathtub, huh? That's a new one.
