Watch out for high rents and no promise

I was formerly a resident at the estates at new albany. I even renewed my lease back in August. But there are some weird things going on there now. The staff has completely changed and the office staff seems to be uncomfortable to even smile at me anymore. The complete tone in the office has changed so much that I send my son in to pick up my packages now.
When I renewed my lease with ------, she told me that my carpet would be cleaned and that my walls would be painted, but that hasn't happened in over 5 months.
So, the point is .... I pay over a thousand dollars a month for an apartment. The social activities have stopped, and I don't think that the office staff likes me anymore. I guess they just like cashing my rent check to pay their salaries. Good luck on getting your renewal stuff taken care of. I wish they had the old -------- manager here still.
