Here's the deal..

The walls are paper thin. You can hear every move your neighbors make.

The office staff is unfriendly once you've signed a lease.

There is trash all over the property and no groundskeepers employed at all.

There is one dumpster for however many hundreds of us there are living here.

There almost no streetlights at night and no security whatsoever.

And to top it all off, it is way overpriced.
