I am a resident of the estates of new albany, and I have lived here four years. In the first three and a half years, ----, ---- and ---- always took care of my concerns. Now there is this new ---- manager who sends the whole property notices about balconies and bicycles. It seems that the only time that I see her she is in the -------, ------. Her name is -----, but the only way that I would know is because of all of these stinking notices that I receive every week. I guess they spend their money now on office supplies and MUCH LESS on maintaining this place.
I used to feel like the girls in the office cared. They had an excellent response time to my maintenance issues and questions. That has all turned around.
So, I think to myself (when I receive my third notice this week), that if a staff cared to get my items taken care of they would take the time to learn my name. I dont know any of theirs. I could renew, but why'' Too much trash and not enough good people.

I'm a resident who has received some of those notices and think that asking residents to keep their patios clean and pick up after their pets, is the office's way of maintaining the place.

I 100% agree that this place has gone downhill since ----- has taken over. I renewed once, but will never again especially when they just raise your rent instead of giving you reasons to stay.
