If you require any semblance of peace and quiet, then do not move here!! People let their children run crazy here! I'm not talking about a couple kids playing after school; I'm talking constant noise, toys all over the property, kids running into the street that you almost hit. I know parents move here for the New Albany school district, but I think other residents, including me as a single person, have the right to reasonable peace and quiet. Secondly, for a luxury apartment this is the most poorly built complex I have ever seen. I guess people logically assume you are paying far above market for rent, but unfortunately maintenance, leasing staff, and grounds upkeep is far inferior to an efficiency that I lived in during college. Lastly, watch out for car break ins, there are several low-income apartments nearby. You will be told by management they can't give out police information, but check with the police department. Unfortunately I didn't to this untill I moved in. I was shocked by the results. In short, beware of this apartment complex!!!!

I, too, am a resident and have seen an increase in children (rugrats) running around unsupervised all over the complex. I've nearly hit a few of the miscreants riding around on their bikes as they are not paying attention to anyone. I also agree with your other comments regarding leasing staff, maintenance and groundsupkeep. I have a dog and even I get tired of seeing the dog poop pile up and smell!!!
