I have never been treated worse by any other person in my life than the property manger of the Estates of New Albany. Apparrently her and her staff do read this site, because I see the constant good reviews which I know couldn't possibly be true. Also there names used to be listed on some of the reviews, and now all I see is *****. Well you can hide your names but you can't hide the truth!!! I feel swindled after signing my lease. After trying to handle myself with dignity and treat the staff professinaly, although the same courtesty was never retunred to me, I never got a response from the office for any of my concerns. I contacted corporate, voicing my concerns but again no help. How can this be legal. Trash is all over the grounds, half the equipment is broken in the workout room, ONE TRASH COMPACTOR for a huge complex leads to a disgusting wall of trash every Sunday night, the walls are paper thin and I could go on and on and on.Literally its the most superifical, cheaply made appartment complex avalaible, hiding under their guise of a "luxury appartment complex in New Albany". I really wish people would wisen up and boycot this place until all new management is brought in and the property is cleaned up. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Wow, I have lived here for 8 months and I have NEVER ONCE seen the compacter area like that! Everything that I have needed fixed has been fixed, it did take awhile on one thing but it was fixed and with great apologies...their head of maintenance is super nice and knows what's up. I don't use the workout area often but what I do use isn't broken and my husband uses it daily and hasn't run into anything. Although I don't LOVE it here, it's nice....it is WAY overpriced though but you don't have much to choose from when you need 3 bedrooms in Columbus.....
