My husband and I lived at the Estates for one year. Overall, the experience was okay. We had several occasions to deal with the maintenance staff and were always pleased--they were competent and respectful. The office staff, however, was neither competent nor respectful. The ladies who worked in the office bad-mouthed one another to me and my husband and made excuses for not following through on their commitments. For example, we were told we would have an accent wall in our living room when we moved in, but we did not. When we asked about this, the woman went off on a tangent about the staff member who had put this in our lease. We were not overly concerned by not having an accent wall, but there has to be accountability for promises that are made. This situation, and several others, were not handled professionally or with integrity.
