I really do love it at The Farms. It is a bit expensive, but the "extras" make it worth it, especially The Barn. I am absolutely thrilled to come home every day. There were some delays in opening The Barn and fixing the main gates, but everything is perfect now. The office staff is friendly, occasionally calls to check up on how things are going, and maintenance requests, no matter how minimal, are always answered promptly.

I am lucky that I have a very good apartment on the top floor (two-story building) with a garage underneath me and neighbors who are extremely quiet. I also have a very nice view of the pond, great parking, and nice scenery. I do feel sorry for the people who live by the dumpster because it smells awful there!
