I have been a resident at the Farms for two years now, and I am very pleased. Beautiful landscaping, great floorplans, and a very safe gated community.
(Yes, the gates work, don't believe what you read) The maintenance staff is awesome! I would highly recommend the tech named Dave. Ask for him by name. He has returned my dog to me two times, after it escaped from my apartment. When things have needed repair, he has always addressed the issue promptly, and fixed it right the FIRST time. very friendly and professional!
