Absolutely dreadful company. Do not live at any Edwards communities, and urge all friends to avoid them at all costs. They are run like a mafia - it's impossible to get answers regarding anything, including who is running the place - and have horrendous management and service. The gates don't work, and people pee off their deck and management doesn't care! They also attempt to rip you off and lie about changes they *will* make to get you to live there. Most of the girls hired quickly quit because of how awful it was. Oh yeah, and the apartment wasn't cleaned and completely ready, and then after moving out they charged a cleaning fee (it was cleaner than when we moved in) and stole the security deposit. Management has hung up on me, lied to me, and it's impossible to contact supervisors. My friends there also hated it - boycott the trashy Edwards communities.
