FROST on the windows...AND COLD

I have lived in many communities in Columbus and this one is not built very well. I have not lived at this complex very long and BOY am I disppointed by it's poorly built apartment. Ever since I have moved in I have had constant condensation on my drafty windows! Now that the winter is here, the windows have frosted and I have been forced to hang sheets on my windows! I assume plastic is next, very disappointing for an 1 bedroom that rents for close to $800! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
