Bad: I had to buy a stand alone A/C unit to cool the upstairs. The Vaulted ceilings and underpowered A/C make it a sauna.
Took 2 months to get a light bulb on the porch replaced. (They control the outside lighting).. then they just threw the old bulb in the mulch bed by the door and left it there.
No lights in the apartment except for the kitchen... Had to buy a light kit for their fan in the living room... and buy a light bar for the bedroom.
The bedroom did not match the floorplan I was shown when I rented the apartment. A large section of wall was protruding out where the floorplan said there wasn't. That completely screwed up my furnature layout.
2 bedroom with very small closets 1050/month Raising this year to 1072.
They automatically renew your lease and raise your rent if you don't give written notice 60 days prior... and they won't do any month-to-month... so it is either get out or sign for another year. The first notice of this came a few days before the deadline and said "second notice"... Good thing I wasn't on vacation!
I signed a 13 month lease to get it to 1050 and then they said I only signed a 12 month when it came to that 60 day notice BS...
Different maintence guy everytime I call.
The gates never work right... Usually the one to enter is open and the one to exit is closed. Pain for pizza delivery guy when they work... and people just tailgate through them anyway so it isn't like they do any good. They will actually wait on the side of the road for someone with a card to go through then follow you through.
I can feel the air blowing through every window.
Paint and walls are a mess... Lots of seams showing.
Electric "Fire Place" is a waste of space.
Have to crank water-heater up to 150 so two people can shower in the morning.
Can't go in the bathroom without having to jump over the toilet because of the goofy layout and the way the door swings.
The fuse box is UPSTAIRS... (') as far away from the utilities as possible.
Trash is a pain if you don't own a pickup truck... You have to put it in your car and drive it to the one dumpster on the property... and sometimes it is full so you have to leave your garbage outside...
The construction accross the street at their new apartments are destroying the street... There is mud everywhere and you can't keep your car clean...
Sprinklers spray accross the street... Better not have a motorcycle or convertible!
Trailer trash from up the street crash the barn's pool with their soiled diapered kids.

Good: Never hear the neighbors... just have to deal with one throwing his cigarettes from his upstairs porch all around my $40K vehicle...
The Barn is nice... Free tanning... Movie theatre is cool.
Different pretty girl in the office every time you have to go there... (Staff retention is horrible)
Garage is deep enough for a limo... or two Kia's...
Love the berber carpet... just can't slide anything across it...
Free car vacuum and sprayer are convenient. (Drive to the Orleans accross the street for that)

Neither good or bad: They say only small dogs < 25lbs... but I have see some horses on dog leashes... (There is one woman that has a gread dane that is bigger than her.)


I have already given my notice to move... and I videotaped the entire apartment before I moved my stuff in... So I'll get my deposit back or sue them.
