Where do I start....
The Farms is not a place that you want to live...you ever heard the saying you can't judge a book by its cover' The farms is a perfect example. When you come in they make it seem all nice by showing you the Barn (club house you proably won't use but will pay for) and the swimming pools and landscaping and the nice model apartments but what they do not let you in on is the real deal living in the farms.

First off...the apartments are not well insulated so expect to hear your neighbors walking, or thier TV.

Secondly, I live on the second floor, every time the people above me run thier water, we hear a loud repetitive popping sound in the walls. Somtimes at 3 and 4 in the morining. When we ask management to look into it they said there was nothing they could do and did that, nothing. They didn't even bother to check it out.

Third, The hot water smells like sulfer everytime you turn it on obviously cause by bacteria in the water heater. Maitenece has come to my apartment 5 times to "fix" this issue but guess what...the water still reaks. Best of all one time they came out they forgot to flush the bleach out of the water heater so guess what happened the next time my wife took a shower' You got it, bleached her...Luckily she (and out unborn son) were ok but the wash cloth she was using will never be the same. And she had on a shower cap so her hair didn't get bleached.

Fourth...The newest and most important reason not to judge a book buy its cover...FROGS!!!! Thats right, the complex has been taken over by frogs and they are extremely, exteremly loud at night time....Remember when I said you can hear the neighbors' Well the frogs will keep you awake at night more than anything.

Fifth...The property manager SUCKS!!!! She is mean and inconsiderate and could care less about your living conditions.

In conclusion, You are a fool if you move into the Farms...So am I a fool...You darn right I am...I wish I would have never moved here...I would have broken my lease while ago if they didn't try to charge me $5000 to do it.
