Do not live at The Farms if you don't want to torture yourself and waste your money. Staffs at the leasing office are very very rude and unprofessional. Of course they are very nice before you sign the lease, and they change their face quickly like David Copperfield's magic. The apartment is overpriced and facilities are cheap. The apartment was NOT clean at all when I moved in. The gates work once two months if we are lucky. The road condition is terrible, and management never want to fix it. Why' Because they don't care! I totally agree. I hate living here. It's so ridiculously expensive and overpriced. It looks like a dream, but once you live there, it totally sucks. Nothing's included. They have a pool but it's always packed and there are always scummy people hanging out there. They have "The Barn" which is a lame, overpriced bar where the same 5 lame ass bands come to play every month. They have a "clubhouse" with a movie theater for free to rent, but I bet you could live anywhere else in Columbus and with the money you save on rent, you could rent out a movie theater if you wanted to anyway. They just paved the roads which was a 2 week nightmare. It wasn't managed well, and it was hell getting in and out of there. They have stupid gates that are always closed now, so you always have to have your damn card with you to get into your own apartment. Stupid. The staff are -------s. We had people in the pool past 10 PM when it closed during a party we had and we got a nasty letter even though we weren't loud, and we weren't doing anything. It was like I was still in college with the RAs and crap yelling at me. Our AC broke and leaked water everywhere and when the guy came to fix it, he didn't even have the right part, so he had to order it. The girl that sold us the apartment gave us a "concession" on a washer and dryer, which was nice, but with rent this high, they should be free! GAH! I hate this place! I can't wait to move in April.
