Am I just that tolerant'

It's interesting to read the reviews, while a lot of them are true, I guess that's just what apt. living is. Brandi who signed me up was great, she gave me several months free, waived my cat deposit and monthly cat fees. She nor Robin work there anymore, turnover comments are correct. We do pay alot for ammenities I just don't use. I did rent out the club house - the pool table had cigarette burns in the felt. The pool is lovely, I stay at the Farms pool, you can bring your coolers unlike @ the Barn. I like the apt for the attached garage, it makes me feel safe plus parking can be a pain for the ones who have to park in the lots. The gates are very random, but since the lots have been paved, the gates are working everynight, it is a pain if you don't have the card and the cars waiting for the gates to open is very true. I haven't had any frogs problems and no bugs. The fire detector was a major pain in my tush, it went off everytime i turned on the stove.I just disabled it. My biggest complaint has been the maintenance staff, while they know I have cats, they fail to latch the door when they come and one of the cats was out all day until I came home from work, she was crying by the garage. I had secured the cats in the other bedroom while they were to change the filter. They also checked the smoke detectors, which they didn't notify of, letting out the cats. The office said sorry. That's it - sorry. The second time one cat got out, fortunatley I was there to get her. My lease is due up in 6 months, I'm looking elsewhere, but its hard to find attached garages. I can hear the neighbors base, but its not terrible. If I had someone who didn't go out every night @ 11:00pm I'd probably me miserable.
