We almost moved in-on the prior visit, we were assured that the scratched door & uneven steps would be replaced before myself & my pregnant moved in. On the day of the walk-thru, the stairs & door had not ben fixed, the a basement window was out (which they could not fix or patch-until their outside contractor came in in a week or so...)
The walls had been painted with white spray paint & cabinets wew painted shut, door handles were white, the smoke dectirs had been opened up and painted (never paint a smoke alarm) missing lights, no showerhead...And worst of all, they don't care! When I asked the agent there if she'd move in, she said flatly "No."

They gave us a the keys to another unit, and I opened it up & was knocked over byt the smell of urine. I did quick walk thru anyway-similar problems. We decided not to move in, and they made it clear that they did not care.
