Living at Forest Park now is a great thing. Ever since the new management company took over, this place is really turning around. They have made such improvements to the exteriors of the buildings, the tennis courts, the sports court, and the pool areas. They kicked out a ton of bad folks and they have a very low tolerance for tenants that cause problems. Before you couldn't even sit on your front or back porch without seeing problems. Now the tenants are friendly and not noisy or causing trouble any more. The new office staff and maintenance crew are excellent and really work hard and are very friendly. They respond quickly to maintnenace calls and I always see them on the property doing things to make it look nice.

The tennis courts have obsenities sprayed on them. I called to complain. The apartments are flea infested. The have reduced security and there is constantly police patrolling...this is not safety! This is a sign of high crime level. The trash sometimes get picked up. The old company used to remove the large items placed next to dumpster. Quick response to maintenence calls is flat out lie... Management staff don't write reviews about yourself. It's pathetic.

Sorry Amy Smith but I am a current resident and everything listed above is true. My current neighbors sell drugs openly, blast music and let their pit bull run free. Nothing has ever been fixed, Im told by your rude staff they would write it up but never has maintenace came to fix anything. Im assuming its because they are busy hanging out in vacant apartments drinking and smoking or cruising around on the golf courts. I have already reported you to your corporate office, the BBB will be breaking my lease and moving. Thank you so much for the most horrible living experience of my life.
