Sewage backs up into basement often. Once I was told to clean it myself by the maintenence supervisor was tired of it. The sewage had peas & cigarette butts. I don't smoke. All the sewage lines are connected from building to building. If one backs up...all back up. All your items you store will be contaminated. New management does not clean out vacant apartments or basements. Vagrants breaking back in to get items like couches & liquor. Junk cars never towed from lot. Crappy paint job. Requests to fix patio doors, air conditioning, falling off door knobs, leaks causing sewage bubbles in shower, electrical shorts never/seldom honored or i was told maintenence would be back but never came back. If anyone writes a promising review I have to believe that it is the management trying to do some damage control. The truth is here. Stay away and do not pay rent if your repairs are not honored. That is your right and don't let them threaten you otherwise. You have rights.
