My husband and I recently moved in to the worst place I could of ever imagined.
The management will show you their "model" townhouse but in the end they put you in a unit unimaginable. They required us to pay a pet deposit and we thought it was just for our dog but low and behold it was for the massive amount of roaches that live within your walls. Since I've lived here there hasn't been one thing that hasn't fallen apart. Even with a slight tug on the mini blinds they come crashing down. I advise you have lots of blankets upon moving in here because you will not know if you need to use them for immediate curtains or a flood. Be advised that maintenance and management are very slow to react. You could assume that there hours of operation are 8 am to 8:01 am everyday. After calling the city of Columbus Code Enforcement I have learned they are in violation of many building codes, so many that I am surprised this place is considered habitable. We haven't lived here very long and can't wait to move. We have considered the decision of breaking our lease because nobody deserves to live beneath the level of scum. If you don't mind roach eggs landing on your eating and drinking utensils then this is the place for you!!! The only thing I have to say that's nice about this place is it's very spacious. They always have available units for rent because nobody likes to live here.
