While residing at Forest Park Village, my family has had to endure a grocery list of problems from both tenants and management. Our car was stolen.
We had our car vandalized.
We have witnessed people participating in sex acts in the parking lot beneath our son's bedroom window.
When calling to make them aware of faulty equipment in the weight room, they were extremely rude.
They refused to pay the water bills that they sent a notice out to say they would pay.
As a result. everyone's water bills became backed up and we were threatend with eviction so we had to all pay. Our rent was mysteriously stolen from the rental office. Later we found it had gone on several times. The incompetent people they hired to install windows, ripped the old windows out of the wall leaving holes around the new windows that allow bugs in and causes drafts in the winter. This was reported but never fixed by them. For our own sakes we repaired them ourselves. The shingles that they had put on began coming off on our roof. We had to have them come fix them because it was hitting our sons window. The management changes on a yearly basis. There are many vacant apartments on the property, because people no longer want to live in such an undesirable environment. I could go on and on.
