I really enjoyed living at Fountain Place, and if I had to choose an apartment again, this would be it. My husband lived here when we first met, and we ended up moving in again because it was one of the best complexes in the city.
Once Dante left, the office staff was great. They were always helpful and curteous. The apartments are nice, and still fairly new. The maintenance guy was quick and friendly and always responded ASAP. Parking could be a pain, but we had a garage, so we didn't have much of a problem. I always felt safe in my apartment, and rarely had any complaints about my neighbors. I almost never heard them, too.
Overall, a good experience. :)
