Fountain Place

This apartment complex is horrendous. For starters, do not move here if you are not a bigot. I was harrassed at this place by some bigots who lived there. They would literally drive down the street and yell things at me. Luckily, they didn't actually live in the building I was at, but there were some sketchy characters among me. I did not feel safe here at all.

Second, although one lady who worked in the office was very friendly and nice, everyone else who worked there seemed uncaring and they weren't helpful at all. When I signed the lease on my first day, the lady who went over the information about it wasn't really rude, but she acted like she was asleep and just went over everything really fast and actually forgot about several things I needed to sign.

The apartment itself was nothing special. I did, however, have a nightmarish shower in my bedroom. The water turned freezing cold almost immediately. It also was never fixed even though I reported it.

But one of the absolute worst things - not as bad as the harrassment, but definitely bad in general - the NOISE. I had a second floor apartment and I could hear my neighbors downstairs and outside bickering and bantering all the time! It was like a block party was going on. I would have my TV on and I could still hear their daily soap operas, kids playing, you name it.

I almost forgot... I had kitchen cabinets falling apart. They were never fixed. I'm serious - I called about it several times. Nothing was done.

I am so glad that I am out of that place now. I moved in because the rent was very cheap for a 2 bedroom/2 bath... the lesson is don't always go for the cheapest with what initially looks like a bargain. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
