Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I first moved into this complex when it was a Casto community and I loved it here. The perfect size for one person. However after it was sold to Oakwood this place has gone to hell. After having my car towed twice (with proper docs in window) and reliving college through my neighbors, even at this price you couldn't pay me to stay here any longer. The new management doesn't seem to care either. But if you are in college or you just don't care about your surroundings or your neighbors...go ahead and move in.
